Who IS this Host?
Your
host, Roland Via, not only “talks the talk”, he
“walks the walk” by being elected multiple times, putting it on the line
with 14 years of experience in government, and volunteering countless hours
throughout Central Florida on meaningful and comprehensive boards,
always concerning himself with quality of life issues to better his
community, our community.
Whether it’s about growth, taxes, governmental “legalese”, life, love or the
pursuit of happiness, Via has an opinion. He also realizes opinions are like
armpits— everyone has a couple of them and
sometimes they stink. The
difference is, Via attacks the subject and not the subjectee.
Recently someone was browsing through the
40th Anniversary Issue of Reader's Digest (Feb. 1962) and came across this
reprint from the Washington News and found it quite interesting in light of
our current debates.
